"My room (caramel) was huge! Clean and comfortable, though slightly difficult shutting the door with the big curtain behind it. One star deducted for no fan, no one told me the wifi password when I arrived, and there was no cereal or fruit left by 9am for breakfast on Sunday. My parents also paid £30 a night to have their dog in their room yet there wasn’t so much as a dog bowl included, so they could do better on that front."

"Window in room broken with a hole in the pane of glass. Shower poor. Wallpaper falling off. Reported tv not working. Staff just shrugged and said nothing they could do. Shower looks like it’s recently been leaking and not repaired properly. Paint all over the carpets. Food was mediocre. Bar person was friendly and good at her job."

We were told between 9-11am downstairs in bar restaurant. We went downstairs at 9-15 am only to find the place deserted!! Absolutely no one to be found. Apparently our breakfast was a bunch of bananas, some apples, cereal bar and a pot if granola in a small fridge left on the landing. No milk!! On Expedia it stated breakfast was included with photos...
