Decent enough for the area that it’s in. Front desk staff was friendly and it was easy to check in. The room we were in had significant wall damage. Scuff marks and holes in the wall. That’s the only thing that kept me from giving a higher review.

This hotel and room was old and not clean. For what I got, I feel overcharged. There was dust, a small spider in the curtains, and stains on the floor. The bathroom’s fan was also semi out of the ceiling. The shower creaked and also did not look like it was cleaned thoroughly. The breakfast had a small variety, but was decent.

The check in was very quick and easy. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We had a hot tub room. It worked as it should. Breakfast was good in the morning but fairly limited. Price was reasonable. We had a nice stay.

My husband stayed one because our first date anniversary was the next day. My husband is a paraplegic and everyone we encountered were friendly and helpful. Stephanie checked us in and she was great she offered us 1st floor accomodations since my husband was in a wheelchair. Thanks to everyone we encountered and a big shout out to Stephanie.

There was no housekeeping. Bed was never made and floors and bathrooms were never cleaned during our three day stay. Used towels were taken every day but no replacement towels were left. I had to go to the front desk each night for new towels and wash cloths. No one at front desk when checking out. Very disappointing stay.

Breakfast didn’t have any fruit and the coffee was terrible. When I checked in the person was pretty rude to begin with. Walls were pretty paper thin and one night there was a lot of noise I had to ask for more soap and for the garbage to be taken away

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location is close to the highway and the main road to downtown Hendersonville. It's close to great dining and shopping options.

I stayed for a week and my bed was not made up properly on two days. I had to ask reception for shampoo because none had been left by housekeeping on five of the days.
