Terrible stay. Booked w Expedia March 26-28. No hot water in room 218. Had to take showers elsewhere! Complained and Michael the night auditor gave us one comp night to adjust for no hot showers. On check put was overbilled. Manager Bruce Pope adjusted bill at checkout. Got home and was overbilled 217.50. Called hotel Justin Moody says oh that is pending. Called bank who reassured me credit applied dropped off my account and went back to Hampton Inn. Now in dispute at Truist Bank. Horrible customer service and horrible stay. We will NOT be back!

I booked the wrong room and had special needs. The front desk gentleman went out of his way to accommodate our needs. We had to leave at 5:00 am and we were given 2 goodie bags since we could not stay for breakfast. Staff went over the top to help us

We stayed for 3 nights. Great location for us, very close to our son and his family. Very clean , staff was lovely. The only complaint i have, there was no outlet or usb port , on the right had side of the bed. Not a big deal, just annoying.

It was fine. Property def needs to be renovated but it’s clean and staff was all very good. You will hear lots of noise from other rooms. But it served our purpose.
