Received an email to ask me if I needed anything specific for my stay so requested a high floor but didn’t get even though I gave plenty of notice.Also windows need replacing as it is effecting the view from the room

Clean room, comfortable bedding, clean toilet. Although we didn't try breakfast during our stay. Overall good experience.

The Staff were amazing, helpful and patient. I had to extend the stay for one evening but was unable to do this on the app. I booked a separate room for the additional night and the staff kindly allowed me to use the same room for the whole week! They were polite every time.I spoke to them
