So many things to like. Great friendly staff and impeccable cleanliness. The breakfast is just perfect with every healthy option you could think of. And even more you couldn't... I stay here each time I'm in Helsinki and will be continuing that tradition.

Great location but...
The room had a strange heating system with very poor control. If you like sleeping in a cool room, it is not possible to reach a temperature below 22C. The Chromecast system on the TVs does not work. I asked a receptionist, and she said it would be fixed. I asked another one the same night and she said they fixed it and was surprised to hear that mine is still not working. Another receptionist said in the morning that it had not been working for a long time and that it was not going to be fixed. Hard to understand who has the most accurate info but it never worked for me. Breakfast was really good. The beds are comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel is definitely great.

I have stayed at Hotel Indigo pre-covid and thought it pretty good. This time it was even better. For the price point this hotel is excellent value.

Would Highly Recommend
Hotel in a good location for eateries & for sightseeing the city. Great room on the 4th floor, good amount of space & cleaned to a very high standard. Comfy beds & very quiet. Buffet breakfast had a great choice of both hot & cold options. Staff were warm, welcoming & helpful. Would return if in Helsinki again.

This was one of the best value and most enjoyable hotels I have stayed at in Europe. Location was very convenient to shopping, public transport, and dining, and in a historic neighborhood. Staff were very helpful, even when we arrived at 1 AM after a long flight. The night staff was able to loan us a USB charger at 2 AM which we needed urgently to recharge a medical device when our "universal" plug did not fit. The breakfast buffet was delicious and to be honest, the best such meal I have had in my life. I was here for an athletic event, and used the exercise room--well-equipped and very clean, if a bit overheated. Staff were unfailingly helpful with our inquiries about public transport, places to run, etc. They were even willing to store our luggage when we went o Estonia for a few days, even though we were moving on when we returned, not staying there again. If I ever return to Finland, I will stay at this hotel if at all possible; if not, at least eat breakfast there!

What a great hotel, staff and location! Huge rooms, over the top helpful staff and we walked everywhere so easily. Train is about a 15 minute walk for going to other towns out of the area. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay
This hotel was fabulous. We stayed in the suite and had a wonderful, comfortable bed with plenty of room. The food in their restaurant was really good. It is central to a lot of things and right near the bus and tram. I would definitely stay there again. Much better than most of the places we stayed in Scandinavia.

Hotel At Helsinki
The hotel location is excellent, Short walking distance to everywhere, but in a very quite and nice area called design area. Staff are extremely nice, helpful and knowledgeable about putting together an enjoyable day. Rooms are very clean and functional, although they are not that big. Breakfast buffet was great but had the same offering every day. We highly recommend this hotel for everyone with high expectations. This hotel meets all of them.

Hotel staffs were very friendly and courteous. Room was spacious and clean. Selections of breakfast buffet were very good. We enjoyed local cuisines. The only missing item was birch twigs in sauna. Nonetheless, we enjoyed sauna as well.

The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Our room was spacious and very quiet even though facing the street. Area was very convenient with a tram right outside. I wouldn’t hesitate to return there.

This is an excellent hotel in every way. The room was comfortable, elegant and and very clean. Perfectly quiet too. Same for all the other spaces. The breakfast was superb and accommodated all common dietary needs (vegan etc.) Staff were exceptionally nice and friendly and helpful. The location is central enough, 15 minute walking distance of the railway station. Really I can’t think of a single thing to improve, and I would book a room there again without hesitation.

Perfect!
Lovely hotel in a great location - we walked everywhere! Felt very safe and very friendly staff and drivers throughout. Room very clean and spacious, good breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

great location and value
Great value for money, cosy decent size room, small but clean gym and sauna. Wonderful breakfast, warm and friendly staff. Will be back when in town again.

The location is fantastic. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and accommodating. My room was clean, quiet, warm, and comfortable. The bed was firm and amazing. The shower was great, but the bathroom in general didn't look like a 4 star hotel bathroom and didn't include any toiletries. The breakfast was just okay. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at hotel Indigo, but don't believe this is a 4 star hotel.
