Really nice area in Helsinki

Really nice standard. The area is very nice as well, good restaursnts, boutiques and some nice antique shops. Highly recimmended!

It was very clean however some things to fix: 1. bathroom has cabinet doors damaged from the shower. looks very bad. 2. shower drain needs to be cleared as the water accumulates very quickly- it's clogged. 3. cookware- missing a spatula for cooking, knives were not sharp and difficult to use. Not sure if toilet paper is part of the service but it was on the last roll and I purchased a 6 pack and left it.

There were many things wrong with this place... WiFi wouldn't connect to internet Plug in bathroom didn't fit No instructions for washing machine and couldn't get it to work Dishwasher full and dirty Glass dish in cupboard drawer dirty Rug covering Ottoman very tatty I have photo's to back all this up with Also calls to office and email were unanswered until after i checked out Would not recommend this place at all until these issues are resolved No house manual Rug filthy and stained Sofa filthy and stained Curtains falling down

Hello, Place was great. But kitchen area was not clean. Dishes in dishwasher had not been cleaned. Oven was dirty inside and out. There was a broken pot left by tv in den. We ran dishwasher when we left at 4:45am. But did not take out trash at that time. But did bundle it all together. And left keys inside like asked.

Very good value

Spacious, clean and well equipped. Comfy sofa and bed. Bright and warm penthouse. Perhaps there should be a spare set of towels just in case. And we were more than happy to get rid of our rubbish but please provide instructions as to where to find the collection point.

Not suitable for a long stay

Our booking was changed to another apartment when we went to pick up the keys.The queen? bed was in an annex 3 steps up from the bathroom. The bed was flush against the sidewall and back wall with about 12inch clearance on the other side of the bed. This was too difficult for us as we are seniors and need to get up during the night.Nothing else in room except overhead light and high window. Hanging space was provided by a coat stand with 1/2 dozen coat hangers, no shelf or drawers for anything else.I had to sleep on the couch but there was no linen for the couch.Bathroom had to be mopped out with broken mop after showers. Washing machine didn't work at first and when it did took over 2 hours. No tea coffee, sugar or milk in kitchen. Shelves with crockery and glasses so high we had to climb on a chair to get to them.No telephone or receptionist so when washing machine didn't work had to go outside and ask at local shop to make a call for us. Only place for suitcases was under the loft ceiling and one had to be very careful not to knock yourself when accessing our bags.This was not suitable as a place to stay for any length of time..

Overall very good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There were 2 maintenance items that needed attention. I was able to fix one but 2nd one required a replacement item. Only real shortcoming was insufficient light in the bathroom. However, bathroom lighting was consistent with the other hotels we stayed in.

Huoneisto oli hieno ja siisti. Se oli myös mukavan viileä, vaikka ulkona oli kuuma kesäpäivä. Sänky oli hyvä nukkua, eikä huoneistoon kuulunut mitään meteliä. Suihku oli erinomainen, vaikkei ollut kooltaan kovin suuri. Viihdyimme erittäin hyvin ja tulemme varmasti uudelleen.

Location was a bit confusing.

The pinned address on Hotels.com is near the central train station , but that's just the check in office. The actual location of the room is 17 minutes walk or $10 Uber ride. Nice area, nice room, I enjoyed my stay.

Lovely apartment close to centre

I had a 2 night stay and this apartment was perfect. There was plenty of space, bed was comfy and the wifi was very good which was perfect since it was a business trip. A short walk from town and central station with some cafes , shops and restaurants close by.
