"The staff was excellent! Everyone was kind and helpful and set the vibe. The room is small, just know it’s a typical midtown hotel. The layout, window seat, and open closet area made great use of a small space. The room could have definitely been cleaner, but the main areas of the hotel and bed were clean. "I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.
The staff are outstanding—extremely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to answer questions or help with anything you need. A special thank you to Emily, who quickly resolved an issue I had with a noisy air-conditioning unit and kindly arranged a room change for me. Her professionalism and helpful attitude made a real difference.
The location is very good, especially for first-time visitors who want easy access to the city’s main attractions.

"I love this hotel with its boutique sense right in the middle of the Time Square.
Excellent staff. Excellent accommodations.
I wish there were additional amenities like a toothbrush and a toothpaste.
