It was safe, clean, and quiet. It also had dedicated parking for large vehicles/vehicles with trailers, which was helpful for me. It's not a fancy hotel, but I have no complaints.

I didn’t use all the amenities, but for sleeping and bathing, there were no issues. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. More than adequate at a great price point.

It’s time Howard Johnson replaced the stained and worn out dirty carpets in room and hallways. Front desk service was excellent and lady very friendly.

No plug in the bathtub and when asked if I could get one they ignored me. The beds were comfortable and it's right off the interstate so very convenient

No Frills, but chill

I was disappointed the hot tub wasn't open, but it was ok. For the price, this stay is what it is, the bed was comfy, and it was convenient to meet people for drinks then just walk upstairs. I almost missed the "breakfast" station, which was an empty pot of coffee and a cooler with sandwiches and yogurt.

Staff was friendly but sometimes hard to find, even though there was a phone on the desk to call for help when they were away, they didn’t always answer it. Breakfast was terrible, one option of a microwave biscuit and a banana. Bar and bartenders were good, parts of hotel were clean while others were not.

Was not friendly and was rushed at check in. Beds are hard as a rock, stains on blankets, a/c doesn’t work, is a pet friendly hotel but no grassy area to take our dog potty

Easy fast check in, good size yard in the back to toilet my dog. No cold water from sink faucet, only hot! Mattress was most uncomfortable thing ever, needs to be introduced to a dumpster! Maintenance is definitely lacking, but you get what you pay for.

This place was a great deal in the right location. The room had a smoked-in smell so I found someone to spray & ir was better. It was a very basic room. Pool & restaurant are under construction. I was frustrated that my room on key repeatedly malfunctioned the morning of departure so I had to return to the front desk three times before someone came to help, and then I ended up checking out before I wanted to so I didn’t have to deal with that anymore.

This property is filthy. I talked to the owner who just took over 2 weeks before we arrived and was advised that property had been severely neglected by previous owner. The plan is for a big Reno next year, but until then it appears the only things changed out between guests are garbage, sheets and towels. I used half a tub of Clorox wipes to clean surfaces and the toilet bowl was even dirty. The elevator was disgustingly dirty. I really hope things improve. Staff were friendly.

Stay was ok people were grate.. only problem was a lot of stuff was broken curtains were broken in the roo.m bed was broken cut my leg on a piece of metal sticking out of the bed frame. Problem with the wiring in the room hotel to old for all the new devices. Staff on the other had were great help the best

Check in was about four minutes. Room was comfortable and quiet. I forgot my toothbrush and the front desk employee said they didn't have any to give out. He said, "A lot of people ask for toothbrushes all the time, but we don't have any." Please consider carrying a few of those items that people tend to forget. Most motels do carry them, even a Motel 6 I stayed at in the past. Thank you.
