"The hotel is very homey and the staff make you feel as though you are family and not just a tourist. Everyone was so helpful, friendly and a pleasure to speak with. It did get quite chilly there at night, but McCloud was happy to put a space heater in our room to keep us comfortable. Ms. Machudu is a wonderful cook and the love the she puts into her dishes is noted in every bite. Highly recommend this hotel."
"It’s a very well kept property which is next to main road. Host Rochelle and her husband is very welcoming and kind. We, a pack of 5 people went there to Braai, party and have a fun night and we really had a great time.
Breakfast was okay. A special mention to the bread that is very well made.

"It was our family's second time at ANEW RESORT Hunters Rest, and it outdid the first time which was great! Again, we had a family birthday being celebrated, and we were greeted by Thabang at reception with a message from the staff.
