"Beautifully modern apartment (suite style dorm really) converted older building in the old section of St. Gallen. VERY STEEP hill to climb to reach building, and note that cars are not allowed in this area, so you need to lug your luggage up and down. I would have appreciated directions to the parking garage instead of the address of the building because my GPS tried to tell me I could drive my car up this hill (There's no way, and then you need to enter a restricted zone to turn around, so I am awaiting a ticket by mail) Outside of that, this is a fully self service building, no reception, no check in, etc. You are given a code to open a lockbox that has your key. Rooms were beautiful and clean and spacious, with a shared living area, kitchen and bathroom for the 4 separate bedrooms on the floor. It worked well for us, we were traveling with another couple and no one else was occupying the other two rooms."

"Very close to train station and the centre. Very clean ,well set up place . Enjoyed the free breakfast too. Even though it was my first time using shared bathroom facilities, it was so clean and like a private bathroom.Olga , hard working lady,was so helpful. She needs a pay rise! "

"This hotel is a little bit out of the way from Chur centre but the free transport card given to us by the staff brought everything within easy distance."

"Make sure you fill out check in infrmation (they send you an email the day before) so that you have the correct code to get in, there is no recepcion. There seems to be some parking on the street (one spot for hotel). THere is a parking garage 1 block away. Fun location in quiet town (september visit). Breakfast is fine."

"The Spa and pool are fantastic. The staff and service are excellent. The classic rooms are well maintained and very enjoyable and comfortable. The breakfast is very good, though the hot food like eggs needs to be refreshed more often. Perhaps putting out lesser and more often. The receiption staff and bar staff were excellent and took time with every customer. The hotel really cares for it's customers."
