Sauberes Zimmer,Hervorragendes Frühstück im Hotel Heiden. Angenehmer Kontakt an der Recéption. Leider gibt es immer mehr Leute welche nicht lesen können,oder sich über alles foutieren( 2 Anschläge an der Türe innen u. aussen Türe immer schliessen. Türe war trotzdem immer offen. Aber da kann das Hotelpersonal ja nichts dafür

Chambre minuscule dans un hôtel fantôme : plongez au cœur des années 70 pour une nuit. Seul le petit dej buffet inclus et proposé à l’hôtel Heiden sauve la mise.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen Anmeldung und Schlüssel bekommt man im Hotel Heiden ca.2 Minuten entfernt, dort bekommt man auch sein Frühstück

Wie immer zufrieden. Ich hatte das Pech eine der Ausnahmen der Zi ohne Douche zu erwischen. Aber die Etagendouche war auch in io.

Das Nebengebäude liegt direkt an der an der Hauptstrasse.Im Erdgeschoß ist ein Kindergarten untergebracht. Das Zimmer selbst ist mit diversen,teils verschlissenem Mobiliar aus den 70ern( Stuhl,Kleiderschrank) ausgestattet. Das Waschbecken hat nur kaltes Wasser, die Dusche braucht etwa 5 min.bevor warme Wasser kommt. Es gibt kein TV. Der einzige Lichtblick ist das tolle Frühstücksbuffet im Hauptgebäude.

"Schloss Gammelburg"

Auch wenn wir schon Hotels in allen Klassen weltweit kennen- (und schätzen) gelernt haben, so etwas ist uns noch nie passiert. Den Charme von vor über wahrscheinlich mindestens 4 Jahrzehnten ohne Renovierung könnte man ja noch ertragen, aber es stimmte sehr vieles nocht: - der Ablauf des Waschbeckens funktionierte nich (klemmte in Stellung "zu") - ein WC- Duschraum Marke Mini; man konnte nicht bei geschlossener Tür das WC benutzen; - Tapeten uralt und teils bis auf blank abgenutzt - Schrank mit schlecht gängigen Türen - keine Kleiderstange; keine Kleiderbügel - 3 Tage lang kein Zimmerservice - Fenster und Balkontüre sehr schlecht gängig - keine modernen Steckdosen für heutige Stecker - Außenwand offensichtlich feucht - Balkon stark verschmutzt mit Colaflasche voller Zigarettenkippen Es ist unverständlich, wie man so etwas überhaupt noch anbieten kann und dann noch zu CHF 130,00 pro Nacht, ein völlig daneben liegendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. So etwas macht den guten Ruf der schweizerischen Hotellerie zu nichte!!! Unverständlich, dass ein Hotel Heiden so etwas sozusagen als Dépendance anzubieten wagt. Es tut uns umsomehr leid für das, was wir an Professionalität und Freundlichkeit im Hotel Heiden, wo wir zum Essen hin mussten, seitens des dortigen Service Personals erlebt haben; dafür danke!

This is not a hotel! Downstairs is a kindergarden! You can hear the children from7-30 am onwards! Its also on a main road with no double or secondary glazing!

It was extremely reasonably priced and comfortable. I think the first floor doubles as a daycare center so if you're hoping to sleep in, probably won't work for you.

Sauberes aber altes Gebäude, einfache Möblierung

Das Haus ist recht alt. Die Zimmer klein, aber sauber mit nachträglich eingebautem Minibad. Lage ist relativ ruhig. Parkplätze vor der Tür. Frühstück im benachbarten Hotel Heiden ist hervorragend und auch der Service dort sehr gut und freundlich. Für eine Übernachtung OK, für länger wäre es für mich nichts.

Bom hotel

O hotel é modesto, higiénico e com uma temperatura face às condições exteriores. Não é luxuoso, mas cumpre, e apresenta as condições necessarias para um fim de semana. No entao as janelas poderiam ter um vidro de maior qualidade para bloquear o som dos limpa-neves. As portadas das janelas também deveriam ser revistas porque algumas estavam soltas e batiam com o vento.
