Wir hatten die Unterkunft vom 14.06. bis 16.06. reserviert. Zum unserem Entsetzen mussten wir feststellen das das Hotel geschlossenen und wir uns auf die schnelle was neues suchen mussten. Ich weiß bis heute nicht warum Expedia diese Unterkunft noch im Programm hat und uns nicht benachrichtigt hat dad es schon länger zu hat. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und werden uns beim nächsten mal genauer überlegen ob wir eine Reise über Expedia buchen werden. Sehr Schade...

Die Unterkunft war nicht geöffnet, wir standen also nach einer viereinhalbstündigen Autofahrt mit Kleinkind vor verschlossenen Türen und mussten uns spontan eine neue Unterkunft für die Nacht suchen.

Het was moeilijk om de entree te vinden. Eenmaal gevonden ging incheck goed en snel. Aardig ontvangst, prettig appartement. Erg basic maar dat is te verwachten voor deze prijs. Alles was schoon. Rolluiken kon je zelf naar beneden doen. Appartement ligt 20 minuten rijden van Altstad en is een leuke rit. Al met al aanrafer!

Accueil sympathique après un jeu de piste pour savoir où s’adresser. Logement pas très propre et les deux Installations posées au plafond pour accueillir les DAF étaient vides, pas très rassurant ni légal. Une forte odeur d’urine dans les toilettes, le robinet de cuisine tient à peine et la porte de freezer prête à tomber. Seul avantage, les bus pour le centre ville qui passent au pied de la résidence

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Zimmer war sehr sauber und wohnlich. Leider funktionierte das Internet nicht, was jedoch nicht an der Pension lag, sondern am Anbieter. Seltsamerweise war keine der im Zimmer bzw. in der Visitenkarte angegebenen Telefonnummern erreichbar bzw. aktuell. Nur ca. 9 km in die Innenstadt Heidelberg.

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig ein Zimmer bekommen und das ganz unkompliziert! Der Parkplatz vor der Tür kostet 5€ am Tag. Die Zimmer sind mit allem nötigen ausgestattet und man benötigt nur sein eigenes Essen( wenn man es braucht), trinken und duschzeug usw. Für Handtücher ist gesorgt. Auf der Terrasse ist das Rauchen erlaubt ansonsten nirgends. Die Zimmer sind freundlich gestaltet und rundum sauber. Direkt vor der Tür fährt alle 20 Minuten ein Bus in die Stadt, man kann und sollte das Auto so gut es geht stehen lassen. Wir waren super zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Short-term apartment, not hotel

The studio apartment for 3 offered a stocked kitchenette, a table with two chairs, a bed and a sofa. The sofa could be converted into two beds, so there was space for all of us to sleep. It was cramped for three people, for example, we used a side table as the third chair to sit at the dining table. The apartment was handicap accessible, was located at ground level close to the reserved parking space and had a shower you could roll a wheelchair into. Not especially comfortable, but the staff was helpful and friendly. WiFi was difficult to detect in the room.

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits vom Stadtzentrum Heidelberg, dafür sind die Appartments sehr gut eingerichtet und die Umgebung sehr schön grün. Internet funktioniert bestens und der Eigentümer kümmert sich auch um alles.
