Already planning our trip for next year and this hotel will definitely be on the list to stay at again. "Vine a Heidelberg por la graduación de mi hija y me alojé por 4 dias en el hotel. Desde el primer momento, fui recibida con mucha cordialidad y gentileza. Tuvimos el apoyo de Ivonne, en la recepción, quien nos atendió con mucha amabilidad. Al día siguiente, el día de la graduación, no había previsto hacer una reunión para celebrar, pero recibimos la vista de varios amigos y, el hotel, a pesar de que estaba reservada para una fiesta privada, nos permitió quedarnos en la hermosa terraza junto al río para brindar por el logro de mi hija. Nos atendió Anastassia, quien nos sorprendió por hablar perfecto español y nos brindó el mejor el servicio posible. La cena fue increíble. Me sentí como en casa, con confianza y relajada. El hotel me encantó!!"
