well located for what i needed. Staff were really friendly. The room was slightly dated and the decking on the balcony is a little unsafe. Very clean and air conditioning was well needed.

Spacious, nice family place. Outside town.
Nice and easy place. Well located in close proximity to the highway. Spacious room for the family. Sadly no coffee machine and not too well soundproofed which became apparent during the night hours.

An ideal stop off with quality fit and finish
Overnight stop off on way back to UK: Was worried due to location (industrial/commercial) but upon entering was pleasantly surprised by the new and clearly expensive fit and finish. Big and super comfy bed and rooms with electronic shutters and air con. Kitchenette was ideal for sorting kids food and own breakfast with microwave. Nice artwork on way to the rooms. An ideal stop off with subway food next door.

Clean and Functional
Decent functional hotel with small kitchenette which is very useful. Close to Supermarket. Location is the only downside, industrial area, but tram access to town is close and easy. Good place, decent price.

From the outside this hotel does not look appealing. A very small one door entrance with no lobby. However the room was a complete surprise as it was very spacious, clean and window panes were electronically retractable. Loved the room and it's proximity to tram station if public transit is needed. Highly recommend this hotel in Heidelberg

Very clean hotel with everything in good working order. The young man at the front desk during check-in spoke English very well and was very helpful. Check out was a breeze and we were asked about our stay. Grocery store within walking distance. Industrial area but close to the highway, it was easy to find. I would stay here again.

This property was wonderful. Spacious, comfortable room with AC and small kitchen. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, and the property was able to do a basket of our laundry for €10. Would definitely stay here again if in Heidelberg.

The hotel itself is a regular hotel intended for a longer stay. All necessary item and equipment was there in a good clean condition. No luxury but nothing missing. The staff was helpful and kind no complaints at all. The location is about 12-15min by car to the city center or the old town area where you can find eatery in a comfortable atmosphere.

HUGE rooms. Basic, but great. Helpful reception. Car park is on the roof, which you access via a car elevator! But lots of parking around. Supermarkets within walking distance. ONLY downside for me was the bed was very firm, and only German TV channels.

Although a 3-person room was advertised, we were charged extra for the third person. The room was very large and clean with kitchen facilities and a large hanging closet. BUT it had only three coat-hangers; there was no shelving space or drawers for clothing; and there was no stand for a suitcase. So one has to live from a suitcase on the floor. The location is VERY inconvenient -- and terrible for someone without a car. And this is not made clear in the Expedia listing.

In case of discrepancies, we ask you to contact the reception immediately. We are sorry that in their room no corresponding number of hangers were available. Basically enough storage space in all our rooms available. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous shops, especially supermarkets and restaurants. Loved the decor and cleanliness of the rooms and building on the inside. The gentlemen at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful! The only thing that lacked comfort was the mattresses. The couch in the room was better to sleep on.

Great option
Very good location, close to bus stops, supermarket and restaurants. Good size, comfortable apartment for 4 people, handy kitchen, seems new/renewed. Extremely friendly staff, great service.

Great Room

Nice room, spacious and updated. The hotel is simple, it works if you are looking for an overnight stay, it’s not close to downtown, so you’ll need transportation to get there and there’s not much in the area.
