"This place was absolutely awful. We booked this hotel because our previous booking was cancelled and the hosts lied to us about why, which Expedia confirmed. This place looked so nice from photos but we experienced poor communication, bad customer service, and hazards in the room. My mother and I flew all the way from Vancouver, Canada to Luneburg so I could start a full sleeve tattoo.
