"Excellent location. Staff was helpful and room was superb. I figured out why Hemingway and others have stayed here. Definitely would stay here again. Nice location in the middle of it all with many fine restaurants and shops within walking distance. "

"An excellent hotel across the street from the Guggenheim (great view from the room). Fantastic concierge service: Needed to book a bus to Donostia/StSeb for the day but had trouble with the Avanza website (and my poor Spanish) - Virginia set me up the day before with instructions on where to find the bus. Perfect location, very nice amenities. "

"5 estrellas en todo, excepto en el spa que le daria 4 estrellas, las duchas muy bien y la cama de agua taambien, pero no tiene ningun jet ni cuello decisne para tratar otras zonas del cuerpo. Recordar que el hotel esta situado al lado de la calle Laurel, con lo que eso supone."

"Hotel SANSEbay was one of my top favorite parts of the trip in Donostia-San Sebastian. The location was extremely convenient right between the old town downtown area and Urgull mountain for pleasant hiking. It's also only about 10-min walk to the beach entrance. All the staffs were very friendly and informative! Especially, upon check-in, I got a list of the popular pintxo bars and restaurants including their best selling dishes - which was super helpful!
