"Good"

"It was a quiet and clean place to sleep. That's the most important thing. The room was listed as a Double Queen, which was a surprise because when it was owned by Best Western this hotel didn't seem to have double queen rooms, just double Full rooms. So we go it since we had kids travelling with us. Nope, they're still just double full beds. That was flat out untrue. Not a real big deal, just be honest. Breakfast was great, the staff were very helpful, and the outside of the hotel was clean and nice. The floors in the halls and elevators are struggling, but, it's a high traffic area, so, that's to be expected I guess. Nice to have a decent place to stay in town. We'd stay again."

"Overall the room was clean, staff was helpful and friendly, and everything met expectations. I did notice quite a lot of insect activity in the room, which was not expected from how clean everything was. I understand that bugs are small and get into places easily, and are not necessarily an indication of a major issue, but I would suggest regular exterminator service to keep things better managed."

" Breakfast was advertised but there was none. Renovations & upgrades are obviously in progress and hallway & room were clean with new carpets & fresh paint. Bathtub & sink area molding & caulking were old & need replacement. Price reflected a minimum of amenities, but advertising breakfast & not even providing coffee was unacceptable. If there was a temporary reason why breakfast was not provided, the Mgr. should have told us when we checked in & we would not have been disappointed in the morning. Facility looks better on the outside than inside, but still ok at a budget price."

"Hands down one of the best Holiday Inn's I've stayed at. Every single staff member I encountered during my 16-day stay was kind and helpful. Starting with Glenn upon check in, followed by housekeeping, the nice maintenance guy, as well as the morning crew. All were very helpful guiding me throughout my stay as I'm not from the area and was there on an extended work trip. Your dedication to your job and your hotel guest does not go unnoticed. Thank you all so much!!! <3"

"The view no longer is amazing when you cant even sit outside to watch it. because nobody every clean the balcony area of the room. (spider webs ) The T.V. in the room you can barely see. Cause of how little it is. For the cost of the room, it should at least be a 50 inch in the room. Also the balcony area should be a part of the cleaning of the room. Parking was great."

"It was clean, parking was great, and staff was friendly. My only complaints are that the tv wasn’t working and the bed was one of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever had. I only slept about 3 hours."
