"I have stayed at this property several times in the past few years, and never had a bad experience. This trip was different. I had made reservations for 2 nights - Saturday and Sunday. I checked in Saturday evening after a long, tiring drive. Sunday morning I found to my horror that the toilet was totally blocked. The room should never have been given out under those conditions."

"Having to pay for WiFi in this day and age is a bit of a Netscape /pets.com era policy and Omni could be a little more better about that. And the 187 times I signed up for the “free for members” WiFi was useless since it never worked"

"Parking was fine check in declined my cards was no problems with my cards after entering the room the bed was not made wet towels on the floor..after talking to front desk I was moved to another room it was clean but the bed was upside down I had to flip the mattress because it was literally sleeping on a box spring for the first night "

"Staff was amazing. Room was oddly laid out and needs updating. The bathroom door was soooo close to the toilet you need to step aside to open and close. Some things had evidently not been cleaned - the bathroom mirror over the sink had some leftover markings on the frame. "

"This was our 3rd time staying here, and enjoy the large rooms with a kitchen, living room, and extra large bathroom. Everything is always clean, and modern. "

"The all seasons property had a sign out front at the beginning of the driveway, and there was no other branding anywhere in the hotel inside or outside. I think it might’ve been a best Western either before or now currently instead of the all seasons, but I have absolutely no idea what hotel I actually stayed in. There was one person on staff and I don’t think he might’ve even been there overnight or not. I tried calling the front desk for something and nobody ever answered. There was also a plow, not the whole truck, but just the plow part, in the driveway just sitting there the whole time we were there like it got dropped off, which seems to me to be very dangerous for anybody else driving. "

"Canceled my reservation an hour after check-in while I was already 2.5 hours into a 3.5 hour drive for my daughter’s Nationals competition. I booked months in advance through Expedia. They claimed they were short staffed and overbooked. The manager, was unapologetic and told me to “book somewhere else.” When I explained we were traveling with a baby and were one hour away, he threatened to hang up on me for “yelling” when I was simply upset. Another parent from our team arrived and was told the same thing. She also said the property looked rundown, smelled like cigarettes, and had panhandlers outside. Canceling reservations last minute after check-in time is completely unprofessional. The lack of accountability and customer service made it worse. Would not recommend."
