Very well maintained property in a very good location with excellent views and quiet surroundings. Ultra clean and neat. The best among others we stayed in the areas of Anchorage, Denali, Talkeetna, and Fairbanks during this trip!

Great cabin near Denali
The Alaska Spruce Cabin was a great place to stay in the Denali area. There was a great outdoor porch area with a tremendous view of the mountains in the distance. Inside, the beds were comfortable and everything was spotless. The Denali park entrance is about 12 miles away, but most of the shops and restaurants at Denali were closed for the season. In Healy, less than 5 minutes from the cabin, we found the restaurants and grocery stores that kept us happy during our stay. The experience of staying in your own cabin is much superior to getting a room in a motel or inn, and the Alaska Spruce Cabins fit the bill in every way. Highly recommended!

Loved the Alaska Spruce Cabins!
Loved the seclusion and quiet. What a view! Plenty of space. Comfortable beds. Great little kitchen. My only other comment is that the communication with Hotels.com seemed particularly vague.

Quite secluded and comfortable stay, 15-20 mins from Denali NP, which is a big plus point. Also has good eating options near by. Good heating inside the cabin. All the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. We are vegetarian and we found a Thai food truck mere 4 mins drive from this place. [Healy Thai Food on Parks Hwy] Definitely recommend this cabin stay to others visiting Denali NP.

Great spot
The cabin was comfortable, clean, and roomy. Good kitchen and utensils, lots of hot water and a warm heater (which was needed in our stay on the cusp of winter). The only thing to complain about was the spotty internet. Not much of a complaint since it was a vacation in Alaska.

Clean, Comfortable, and Friendly
Alaska Spruce Cabins is a clean, comfortable, and friendly place to stay. The cabins have two beds, a kitchen, and bathroom. Our cabin was very comfortable for my son and I. The owner is friendly. This is a great place to stay if you are looking for something a little ways away from the Denali tourist center. Alaska Spruce Cabins are approximately 15 min from the park entrance. I would definitely stay here again.

this was a cozy cabin that slept 2 couples. The landlords were friendly and helpful. this is a good location for the main entrance to Denali National Park and there is a 49th State Brewery/restaurant very near by. Saw a moose in the driveway.

Basic, budget accommodation for trip to Denali park. Good location in Healy. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was spacious; could use the addition of a few more cooking pots and pans. Internet was weak / spotty and needs to be fixed.

Nature at it’s finest
The location was great. The hosts were wonderful and greeted us when we drove in. The dogs came and visited when we were outside, a plus for dog lovers. We saw wildlife from the deck (mama and baby moose). A full kitchen included refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker. All the comforts of home and a grill outside at our disposal. Great views from all angles.

It was close to Denali. Only 15 minutes not the 45 we thought. Owners do a good job with maintenance and upkeep. They were helpful in finding places to eat and shop. Internet worked very well. My only objection was they had Folgers coffee and I just don’t like it but at least they had plenty of it! We would stay there again if in the area.

Sorry you were unable to get wifi on the property. Due to our location we are at the mercy of the weather sometimes. Wifi is on property only not I side cabins at all times. As for the fridge it is small spots of rust that are starting to show. Our apologies. Thank you!

Weekend stay
It was a great weekend stay. The cabin was great and perfect size for a family. The owner greeted me upon arrival and shared some moose pictures as some just walked by. The cabin was clean, comfortable and fully stocked with pots/pans/dishes (wish we had known ahead of time). We hope to be back again!

Our cabin exceeded our expectations. Two great beds and a well equipped kitchen greeted our family. Wifi was not too great, but adequate.

Peaceful and Convenient
The cabin was in the middle of a spruce Forrest. It was cute and clean just the right size for a couple or small family. The owners were on site. They were helpful and generous but give you space. The location kept the serenity of the park going.

Lovely Cabin. Great View
Unlike most lodgings in Denali, this spot really is off by itself, but super close to the grocery and restaurants. Yes, you will have to drive a little farther to get into the park (15 mins-ish) but it is completely worth it to be away from the crowds. The Cabin had everything we needed to cook dinner, the owners were very friendly and the view was great. This quiet location will make you feel like you are still in the park.

The Cabin was Self check in / check out, that was great. It also had our name written on the outside so it was easy to find. It looked nice from outside. However, there were many things that bothered us: - Wifi did not work at all, range too far, when connected it dropped permanently, absolutely not usable - 2nd bed was loud and kinda broken - Coffee cooker did not work properly - no water cooker available - Fridge was very loud due to a vibrating part on the back, we had to adjust it multiple times to be able to sleep - party of 3 checked in, they didn't put any extra chair for the 3rd person. - Microwave partly broken, does not rotate This was our worst cabin stay in Alaska

We are very sorry your stay was upsetting. As for the wifi we were experiencing trouble due to the weather, as it is never easy here being so remote. We would of gladly helped with everything had we known. As for the fridge this will be checked on. The beds are all new and freshly built frames. All cabins are set up to accommodate 4 ppl with extra chairs on your deck as we can not fit more inside the cabins based on guest. We have checked all the microwaves and have assured they all work properly so maybe it was just off the turn table. We deeply apologize that your stay was not as you had hoped for. We will be working further to make sure this does not happen agin.

Cabin view and facilities lovely. Short drive to Denali and there is two small groceries shops, restaurant and laundrette in town. Sadly the male owner was less than polite and was on site. He seemed to see us as an inconvenience.

The cabin is nice and clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. However, there is no internet available and the shower stall is uncomfortably small and shower string is so forecefu that u could barely take shower.

Perfect blend of Alaska rustic without roughing it
Beautiful secluded cabins, tucked back in the Alaskan wilderness. This cabin was perfect ! We were able to cook in the kitchen, clean up after long hikes and relax in the evening. Very close to the park with only about a 15 minute drive to Denali. It was great for our weekend getaway.
