This was a beautiful and very accommodating place to stay. It was close to all the dining and shopping in Healdsburg. The staff was friendly and accommodating…..Ezra was one of the front desk associates and he was knowledgeable and welcoming, he continuously went above and beyond to ensure that everyone was treated with respect and had the best experience while staying at The Lodge. He is the epitome of customer service. One of the managers made our birthday trip very special and took time to make sure that we felt celebrated and cared for. We were overwhelmed by the experience and look forward to our next visit.

The rooms are upgraded, the property is very close to the highway. The rooms are a good size and there is are good coffee and tea options

nice outdoor seating areas! a bit loud, as voices carry and seem to amplify throughout the outdoor areas and you can hear them from inside the rooms??????

Wine getaway
Very convenient location to stay for Healdsburg wine tasting. Pool and 2 Hot tubs were great. The only issue was a loud crown in the covered area having a grand old time echoed for hours through the cave like interior which also affects the room noise level- it is inherent to the design. Nice to hear 50 something year olds having a great time. Not about to ask them to tone it down- suggest making sure you have some Music for your room to distract from that potential.

The property is nice; well decorated. The reception/check-in area is combo eating and bar. A little awkward, or a first for me. I would have rated it higher if we had not been placed in a room that backed to the street. The hotel had plenty of room availability and we were celebrating an anniversary and yet when we asked, it would have been a downgrade. Not sure the cost was worth it.

Geraldine, thank you for your feedback! I'm sorry you did not prefer the location of your room. Often that location is determined by the type of room you booked, and not based on hotel occupancy. Next time you stay with us I'd recommend booking a King Bedded room with Balcony or Patio and Courtyard View. These rooms face the interior courtyard. We hope to see you again soon!

Nice update. Needs attention to details.
The room was nicely refurbished, but it was lacking in basic amenities. There was no clock, no shower cap or make-up mirror, which was needed in a dimly lighted bathroom. The coffee maker did not work and there was no house phone to call the front desk. Also there was no information in the room that told when the lobby wine bar and cafe was open.

Each room does come equipped with a room phone and clock, so I'll be sure to follow up with our Housekeeping team to ensure they are more visible. After 2020 most in room hotel information folders were removed throughout the Hilton brand. We now have a helpful QR code that has all the information related to Alexander's Cafe & Wine Bar. Nice stay but higher priced
It was clean and confortable forna one night stay but pricey. The only issue we had was staff yelling and loud walkie talkies in the hallway early in the morning. Hotel charges for parking in their lot, fyi. It was an unnecessary thing and kond of a turn off.

It was warm and welcoming. Like the small boutique feel. Would have liked to have a late check out. My daughter and I were going through a difficult time and it would have been nice to sleep in a bit more. It was also her birthday and it was an emotional time for her.
