Staff was excellent- stayed a few minutes late to be there to check us in after 4:30pm; helpful with recommendations for local wineries, etc. Nice to have afternoon wine (although we only took advantage upon arrival) and free tasting at the local Wilson wineries. Our room was outside the main building. It seemed not as well maintained/updated as those inside the main Inn. Overall, a very nice stay at the Camelia Inn. We would definitely stay again when back in the area.

In the afternoon they had a few different wines open for the guests and warm, fresh baked cookies. We loved the location to walk to the square for dinner. It was definitely an added bonus to get free wine tasting and membership pricing for purchasing wine at all the Wilson Wineries in the area (some of the best red wines in the region). And, to top it off, the breakfast in the morning was amazing, with fresh squeezed OJ, local artesian bread. We will definitely be staying again❤️

I want to first say that the staff at the Cameila Inn and Calderwood Inn were great and tried to make our stay as nice as could be. We initially had a ground floor room that was accessed through parking lot by the pool. (The pool is in serious need of needing to be drained, scraped and repainted) The room was great, except it was right under the kitchen. Evidently, a new dishwasher was installed that recently and was not hooked up properly. Our bed got soaked so we were moved to a different room on the main floor. The new room was not to our liking. The bed was so high you needed a foot stool to get in it. The breakfast the next morning was more of what you'd expect at a roadside dinner than a bed and breakfast. They did give us the option to move to a sister property, Calderwood Inn. The staff there was also great, but the room and breakfast were also lacking. Overall, not a great experience and we'd look at other accomodations if we return to Healdsburg.

The innkeeper was incredibly helpful. There was free private parking and the room had everything I needed. I loved having wine and freshly baked cookies in the afternoon and the breakfast was great. Much better than your average continental. I stayed at another hotel during this same trip and I was wishing I was back at Camellia the whole time :)
