"All was welcoming for my stay."

"Recently upgraded, new beds, fresh paint and carpets. Very nice, except for the yapping dogs across the hall."

"Fitness center was a joke with only a recumbent bike and elliptical, with nothing to clean any of the machines. Beds were uncomfortable, coffee shop didn’t open until 7am, one of the restaurants was closed the entire time we were there, but it was a place to sleep."

"Just a big gap under the door about an inch but other than that everything was pretty good."

"The room was comfortable but you could hear people moving around in the room above us. Fortunately, we were on the first floor. I don't believe they had an elevator. The breakfast was marginal at best. I did enjoy the coffee. Despite my thoughts, we'd return when the need occurs."

"The ice machine downstairs was broken, so you had to take an elevator of dubious origin to the 3rd floor for ice. Further, no sundries shop. Just a couple of vending machines with warm Pepsi products."

"The check-in clerk wasn't friendly. He didn't greet us. In fact, he barely spoke to me while checking us in. He just asked for my name and phone number, took my cc info, and handed me the keys. He didn't tells where to find the elevators, or provide any information about the property. Our room was clean enough. However they tried to give my brother a room that hadn't been cleaned since the last occupant. In the morning, their breakfast wasn't adequately stocked. We came downstairs...

"There were dirty clothes left in the bathroom along with black mold in the corner of the tub. One of the 2 beds we couldn't sleep in. The sheets were firmly when we turned the sheets down. The towel by the sink had hair in it. The pool was drained and closed maintenance. I will never stay here again"

"Room was clean nice to have the option of the stove fridge and dishwasher. Restaurant was not good at all. Staff were very helpful."

"The front desk clerk was excellent. That is about where the excellent part ended. The breakfast was fairly good and the hotel was fairly clean. However, the air conditioner in our room did not work sufficiently to cool the room."

"Is not a top of the line facility by any stretch, but the staff is very attentive and friendly, the rooms were clean regardless of age, the pool was clean and very refreshing, and it got the job done for our stay. I have zero complaints and would gladly stay here again. The price is right, and it far exceeded my expectations for the price. Dont be scared. I have stayed at both motel 6’s in waterloo and this one is MUCH better than the one on San Marnan. I would skip that one for sure!!"
