The only drawback is that the restaurant doesn't open until 6:30 am, so no morning room service for coffee. The in-room coffee is instant."

"In desperate need of renovation, at least a replacement of carpet and upholstery. Still the same after 30 years. Our pillows had such a strong odour coming from them that I needed to ask for new pillows. Room smells unpleasant, and so do the carpeted hallways. We booked through Hotels.com and got, what we thought, was one of the worst rooms in the “deluxe “ category. Staff very friendly and good room service. "
