"Love it"

"I had four pillows on a king-sized bed, and all were extremely flat. They were compressed into squares and wrapped in king-sized pillow cases. The bed sheets appeared to be of poor quality and extremely rough and scratchy. The laundry was good. The front desk staff was extremely professional and very pleasant. "

"Excellent place to stay in the downtown /haymarket area. Parking was no issue as we used the adjacent parking structure. It was safe to walk around the Haymarket at night and excellent restaurants were a block away. The room was comfortable. We would stay again"

"Staff was great. Room was clean, but nothing exciting. Pool was kind of cold considering it's indoors. Restaurant was good, maybe a touch high priced. The only real bummer of the stay was that they advertise having an "arcade" at the hotel. It consisted of 3 games from the 80's in the lobby. They're free, so there's that, but not what anyone would call an arcade."

"I booked a deluxe king room, but I failed to see what was deluxe about it. Some of the photos show a bathtub in the bathroom but our room had only a shower. The vent fan didn't work. One of the main reason we stayed here was because of the rooftop bar but upon our arrival we discovered that the bar was booked for a private venue. The only good part of our stay was the staff, they were very friendly. The room was also clean. "
