Dear Pam and Brian Leopold, thanks for your review. The upstairs spa room with river views does have a big spa, most guests really enjoy that feature, and bath mats are supplied so that the floor wont be slippery.We will look into the rattling door,and apologise for the inconvenience, we have not had any previous comments. I'm sure you will understand, that with level 3 water restrictions in place, and the current fall out of ash from the bush fires, its very difficult to keep the pool furniture as clean as we would like it. We turned a blind eye to your grandchildren swimming in the pool with you, even though the sign at the gate is GUESTS ONLY. Hawks Nest has the most beautiful beaches and Tea Gardens has a public swimming pool. Your daughter was noticed walking a dog on the property, to take it for a swim, and then drove off in a car that had been parked on site all night. We had no idea how many people actually stayed in the room. Had you given us the courtesy of asking if you could have family over, we would not have needed to confront you, but simply welcomed you all to enjoy the facilities. It was a case of miscommunication , and it was never our intention to upset you. Should you choose to stay with us again, I would recommend a room on the lower ground floor, with easy access to the shower.
