"The day staff is fantastic. The night guy sold our room to someone eles. They came banging on our door at 12:45 am. It was a women and child. My husband answered and let them know it was occupied."

"The property was in great condition. It appeared to be no more than a few years old when in fact it's probably 15-20 years old. I was told it was the newest hotel in Cortez. The double-queen room we stayed in was fantastic. None of that crusty carpet, it was hardwood. It was clean and the kitchen area near the door had larger countertops. "The place is going through remodeling. Quite a mess. The breakfast was good but the room was extremely crowded. The staff were very helpful , though."

"My wife and I were traveling with 2 of our Minor Grandchildren. Our room was a mini suite so both of the grandkids had their own bed, which was nice. We arrived kind of late, so we didn't get a chance to use the swimming pool, however, it looked really clean and refreshing. Breakfast was pretty good, although my Grandson said the milk for his cereal was warm. They keep the milk in a pitcher on the counter."

I asked a clarifying question and she gave me the tone of voice that I was stupid. She said we had a king room and I asked if it was the deluxe that we paid for. "Expedite doesn't have good communication with DBH , a communication gap I believe the was unable to get information at the establishments that matched what I paid for. I was disappointed and choose to stay else where and funds in this adventure."
