"I mean, it is what it is. The staff are absolutely brilliant. The rooms are shabby but I think that’s the charm. The breakfast is wonderful - I’ve seen some folk not enamoured with the breakfast but who doesn’t love waffles and toast. There’s boiled eggs and fruit also, plus cereal, coffee, tea and porridge. I was at the front of the building and noticed from the reviews it could be noisy. I brought ear plugs and slept so well on the comfiest mattress in the world. "
