Privately own and operated guest house / hotel. Modern and for Cuban standards could pass as upscaled. My room however was very small and much smaller than expected from the property pictures and did not have any windows. It was also very close to the lobby door, so guests returning late and knocking to a door so the staff could let them in, unfortunately where waking me up. Unfortunately unlike a real hotel so in the area with own power generators, this property is not immune to power blackouts.

The fact that is one of the cleanest small hotels. I arrived at midnight and Igor the receptionist was waiting for me at a gated entrance and was very helpful. Transportation was made available even at 5am. The location is in old Havana and walking distance to the seashore and Malecón. The property areas around are not well kept as the Merced Luxury Boutique Hotel.

Lovely place with super helpful and friendly staff. Especially appreciated the staffs’ help in currently exchange and information on the city. Great WiFi too which is quite rare for Cuba. Great facilities, condition and cleanliness.

This is the perfect place if you are looking for a clean, well maintained affordable rooms to stay in Havana. Just 5mins walk to the capitol where you can enjoy, explore the area lots of dinning options and tours. A Big thank you to the staff they are one of the nicest and very helpful individuals 💯 I Highly recommend this to everyone

The hosts of this property are the most remarkable people. Always available, helpful, proactive, and totally approachable. They are what made our stay so worthwhile. Additionally the property is located well within the reach of Prada, Malecon, and Old Havana.

We had a room juste close to the street and it was not very easy to find the sleep. I chose this establishment because i thought it would be quiet and that was not the case. However, the staff was absolutely very nice and helpful and the rooms are clean.

Al llegar el lugar no dice mucho pero una vez adentro, es mucho más de lo que uno espera. El sitio es super acogedor, todo nítidamente limpio y ordenado. Pero lo mejor del lugar son las personas que allí nos atendieron. En verdad se esmeraron mucho para que pasáramos unos días increíbles. Todos estaban muy pendientes de nuestro día a día. Nos ayudaron con los traslados y en ningún momento nos sentimos inseguros ni mucho menos. Para el transporte nos asignaron al Sr. Kam... un excelente ser humano y un gran guía turístico. En verdad recomendamos este hostal... un lugar que como sus dueños dicen... "donde la aventura inicia."

Central gelegen aber bis 01:00 Uhr sehr laut da die Fenster aus Holz sind und direkt an der Strasse. Ab 07:00 Uhr geht es dann gleich weiter mit dem Strassenlärm.
