The staff were exceptional and I totally felt safe staying within a Cuban community. It was an easy walk to the main streets but hard to find at night because there is no sign. I found that being on the second floor noisy from people above my room.

Horrible mattresses if you have a back problem do not stay here it will be a nightmare instead of a vacation their mattresses are very cheap its like sleeping on the floor.

Unfortunately the area has very old buildings with facades that look like aftermath of an earthquake, nothing that the Cubans citizens can control because there is no money for repairs and it’s sad, in addition there garbage on the streets .

Great experience
Absolutely loved this place! Even better was the staff. Property was very nice. Great accommodations with perfect AC. Wonderful buffet breakfast every morning. Great location. The staff especially Umbella were very helpful in making arrangements for tours and transportation and anything they could do to help with our visit. Highly recommend and will be staying here again next time

I loved my stay at this hostel. When we arrived, we were greeted by the owner. She was really friendly and offered us pineapple juice. She explained to us the amenities and how to get by in the city. The owner, her husband and their daughter live downstairs and were available for our needs. Every day, the cleaning lady would clean our room impeccably. The breakfast is included and prepared by the couple. They make really good juices (we had pineapple, watermelon, guava and papaya) and cook the eggs as you like. The hostel is located in center Havana near cute little restaurants.

Hola . Me complace describir la experiencia de Hostal Merced , como un lugar acogedor y familiar . Un lugar céntrico y con acceso a muchas cosas y lugares que conocer en la capital habanera . Sin dejar de mencionar que te dan una calidad de servicio y una amabilidad inigualable . Te dan todo tipo de orientación basado en tus necesidad si hace falta . Los recomiendo , Gracias equipo y David ejemplar por la cena improvisada a las 11 pm . Volvería

Notre séjour c'est très bien passé Osbel est un hôte juste incroyable attentionné et disponible. Les chambres sont spacieuse belle salle de bain, possibilité de déjeuner sur place tous les espaces sont très propres. Très bon emplacement à moins de 10 min à pied du centre, du capitole et des restaurants Seul petit hic la connexion Wi-Fi n'est pas assez puissante dans les chambres sinon RAS Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour leurs accueil leurs gentillesse et la disponibilité dont il font preuve

Einfach unvergesslich
Vielen Dank Yai und ihrem Mann für den unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Wir hätten nicht gedacht, dass wir in Habana, nahe von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, solch einen tollen Aufenthalt finden. Die Bewertung von 10,0 ist voll gerechtfertigt. Sauberkeit: Top, das Zimmer wird täglich gereinigt. Gastfreundschaft: Herzlich, zuvorkommend Frühstück: Einmalig Die Bilder der Unterkunft entsprechen genau der Realität und sind nicht übertrieben. Die Gastgeber gaben uns viele Tips über Habana. Auch auf was wir achten sollen. Die empfohlenen Restaurants waren alle super. Sie haben auch viel für uns organisiert bezüglich Ausflügen und Tours. Stehts mit vertrauenswürdigen Leuten. Aber besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit der jungen Familie. Vielen Dank Euch. Das kann man nicht mehr übertreffen.

Die beste Unterkunft in Havanna. Die Hausbesitzer geben sich so viel Mühe, damit man sich wie zu Hause fühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und bietet alles an. Wir hatten WLAN, ein gemütliches Bett mit sauberer Bettwäsche. Auch das Badezimmer ist modern und geräumig. Die Gastgeberin ist total freundlich und warmherzig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es jedem empfehlen!

Me encantó esta estancia. Yai y Kan, los dueños, estan muy comprometidos con ofrecer una experiencia positiva a sus huespedes. El hostal está muy nuevo, muy bien cuidado y muy cómodo. La habitacion es amplia, limpia, la cama cómoda, el baño muy amplio, limpio y el agua caliente rápida.
