Dear Denine, thank you very much for your kind words to our staff. Our boutique hotel is a building remodeled and modernized for the taste of lovers of vintage style. Our standard rooms are the smallest, hence they are the cheapest, the rest are much larger. Our advertisement includes the exact characteristics and photographs of the rooms and common areas of the building for the prior knowledge of our future guests. We really sorry for the incident with our Wi-Fi connection during your stay, unfortunately the problem we had with the telephone line could not be resolved by the company until today, however we did everything to somehow keep you connected through the hotspot of our cell phones.Our airport pick-up and drop-off service has no history of this type, we are investigating what happened and will take action. In compensation for the inconvenience caused, we offer you a free night in one of our Studio Suites on your next trip to Havana. We wish you all the best always.
