"Our stay did not fully match what we would expect from a 4-star property. During our 7-day visit, towels were not changed, and pool towels required an additional rental fee, which was inconvenient. "Zimmer sind sauber und in der Küche gut ausgestattet, morgens wird Bäckerware frisch geliefert. Skiverleih im Haus und direkter Pistenzugang (Ski in, Ski out). Wifi oft überlastet und schwacher Empfang in unserem Apartment."

"Equipe très serviable, appartement spacieux et bien équipé. L'espace piscine et sauna est agréable et propre. Emplacement idéal avec l'accès aux télésièges et retour skis aux pieds. Le dépôt de pain à la réception est très pratique. Petit bémol : les ascenseurs sont pris d'assaut aux heures de pointe, et les services supplémentaires sont un peu chers (parking, early check-in)"
