"Pourtant, le temps ne s'y prêtait pas. Un crachin désagréable nous a accueilli mais l'amabilité, l'ambiance et le charme du lieu nous a tout de suite rassurés. Deux anglais, mère et fils, sont les maitres des lieux, une bâtisse totalement isolée dans la campagne. Pas forcément engageant au départ mais ils ont su lui donner tout le charme des auberges "british". "Het was duidelijk dat de gastvrouw er plezier in heeft om de b&b gezellig in te richten en van alle gemakken te voorzien. Monique was erg gastvrij en attent. We hebben de avond in de grote tuin doorgebracht met een gekoeld drankje dat we, net als de huisgemaakte jam van vlierbloesem, ter plekke konden kopen. In de nacht was het buiten aardedonker en muisstil. Een heerlijke plek uit de drukte in een landelijke omgeving."

"We were made very welcome by the proprietor on our arrival. We were provided with drinks, madeline cakes and a rice desert. The facility is very spacious which included a separate sitting room that included a desk, a large shower and WC room with a walk in shower.
