"Hotel con encanto, muy bonito, cómodo y silencioso. Buen desayuno buffet. La habitación quizás algo pequeña y mala comunicación, la recepción cerraba a las 6 avisamos mediante mensajes e emails de que llegaríamos tarde y hasta ese mismo día horas antes que llamamos no teníamos contestación"

"It was different than what was sold via pictures/description. Also no internet or real cleaning material to leave property as requested. It was also difficult to get the key code when we arrived. Other than that it was a good place and near a nice town/area."

Disappointing
"We were really disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean at all — we found hair everywhere, which was very off-putting. The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable. ..."
