"We had to wait a long time to get our room. When we finally did, the washroom was not clean and had a terrible smell, so we requested another room. The staff was helpful in reassigning us to another room. Overall, it was an okay stay for the price paid, but could have been better."

"The hotel is just off the main plaza near the main shopping street. It's down a small road so there is no traffic noise. It's a typically small but nice European room. Because my trip started and ended in Bordeaux I actually stayed there twice and even in the same room. Breakfast was typical continental style. Everything fine. No complaints."

"Hotels.com had cancelled my booking without informing me. I arrived at property with no accommodation booked. The Hotel were more than helpful in getting things sorted. I contacted Hotels.com and to be honest they were as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike and really didn’t give a damn whether I had accommodation or not, now I can stand on my own 2 feet and sort things out myself but a vulnerable traveller would have been different."
