When I called the front desk for a refund before check in they refused to refund it and said I needed to call and speak with hotels.com come. I did this, they called the front desk and twice received not answer and on the third time were hung up on. I called back two days later, insisted on specking to a supervisor for hotels.com, I have a case number and proof that the property was unfit. they promised a call back, and two weeks later, NOTHING. They do not represent Windham in a respectful manner. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL."

"The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Only 1 towel was available. The staff could have been friendlier but that's not a big issue. The shower was the best thing. Lots of water pressure and temperature was perfect. I would stay here again."
