"This is no longer a Hilton property and is under new ownership and it shows. The pool was dirty and had mold around the stair area entrance to the water, which could cause someone to slip and fall. Speakers and tv's around the swim up bar did not work. However our bartenders were awesome so we just used our phones. "We arrived at 12pm and asked if we could leave our vehicle while my family and I went to the beach, the guy said he would call when the room was ready but he never did. We were at the beach until 4:30 and wanted to check in but the guy left and said he won’t be back till 5pm. A lot of other upset guest wanting to check in and couldn’t.
