Strong odour and mould smell all over the room not able to even breath! My son had a headache and very disappointed with the hotel!!!!. Not a clean bathroom. Very bad bed and sofa bed. We paid for executive room which receive dirty, inconvenient very small and smelly room. We left hotel immediately to find a more habitable place!!!

What an experience... Good things are employees and breakfast that's it. TV is good quality and really big Novotel chain while having 4 stars, you are kind of guaranteed to spend a great time ... but NO. It started with a really bad smell in the lobby (used water to remain polite). We thought it was just in the lobby but ... NO in the room the same and not only in my room. It was also in my coworker one too. Then we surprisingly had the same outcome and facts in both rooms: Dust on in the toilets (lights and wooden skirting) Moisture in bathroom Noisy room on road side Cold room (heater set on 20 degrees) I took the second blanket (thanks God there was one) To get drinkable water you must go to the source in the lobby and you must use a recycle glass (great for environment but not really practical). Pool table can't be used because there is a wooden cover on it with a coffee machine. All of this for 134€ one night for a 4 stars hotel which seems to be a 2 stars maximum and I would have paid not even the half for this type of quality. I feel sorry for the poeple who work for it.
