"Romes were too small but was clean. Staff was nice, friendly helpful. Too pricey, for not a lot to do within the hotel."

"The hotel was good. The biggest issue was the elevators; there were only 3 elevators and one was down the entire time we were there with a second one going down a few times throughout the stay. Some information in the room about things to do would have been nice. The staff was great and were quick with requests. Loved the large chess, the pool, and waterslide was fun."

"I enjoyed the four outdoor pools which included the adults only pool near the hot tub which was also near a tanning area that included water to cool off your feet, the main pool (family friendly) and the infinity pool. Although the room was smaller, it was nice and the bathroom was decently sized with a full size mirror. I paid for an ocean view which I could barely see the ocean, I learned my lesson on that and will pick the basic room next time. Overall, it was a great experience, the staff was very helpful and welcoming."

"This is the perfect place to enjoy so much of what San Juan has to offer. It's close to main attraction and is an attraction in itself. There's so much to do. It's vibrant and secure. I felt safe. And the food was some of the best I had during my stay. I will choose the Sheraton again in the future."

"Check-in was easy. Unfortunately, the front desk staff wasn't too friendly or excited to check us in, but it was pretty busy, so maybe they were just overwhelmed. The place was super clean and secure. The 1st-floor restaurant and cafe were great on days when we were too exhausted to venture out. The breakfast was not that great, so we opted to eat out. The pool was awesome and loved that they had a DJ spinning tunes while we lounged. The beach is a two-block walk, which isn't bad, but you do cross one immensely busy intersection where you have to be brave and step in front of cars because they don't seem to want to give pedestrians the right of way. It was nice that we didn't have to take any beach accessories other than sunblock. There were chairs, umbrellas, and towels for guests. When we go back to PR, we'll definitely consider this place again."
