"Most of staff we encountered were quite pleasant and enthusiastic everytime we met. Shout out to Juan the Bell Captain and Vicente the bartender. The room we stayed in was okay, it was one room away from being the furthest away from everything, so while we got plenty of steps in, including the stairs, it impacted the wifi reception. We were told to open the balcony door to receive reception in the room which helped some. The AC remote was not working when we arrived, I informed HK and a replacement remote was provided the next day. There was a bar stationed at the entrance to our building which faced a pool which was nice. It is an all you can eat resort so food and drinks were in abundance, however the quality of the food was lacking. The Sushi was the worst I've ever had, if that was my first sushi experience I would likely never try it again. If flavor does not matter much to you, then it's great. We started venturing off property for food after a few days. The pools are okay however they had an extremely strong smell of chlorine. Nonetheless, my son practically lived in the pools while there. All in all it was cool. If the food improves it would be a 5 star property."
