"I just want to give a shot out to Daniel at the pool bar. He went above and beyond with a jugo de parcha for our drinks. Marcelino is the security guard you want patrolling the beach at night. and thank you Charly the lifeguard for looking out for the kids when their parents are getting drinks. I watched him on two occasions move himself from one side of the pool closer to where smaller kids were playing and for pointing out the woodpecker and the pelicans to me. Friendly and informative guys that made our stay great. Bring a $20 down to the beach, in case you come across a vender that is dragging himself along the sand selling his little magnets, good wholesome, hardworking man (but he isn't part of the hotel) Beside the amazing staff, the property is nicely maintained. "

"We had an inconvenience with the booking. The hotel wanted to charge me for my daughter who is still 17 years old as an adult. They said every kid over 12 years old has to pay as an adult. I had to call expedia to fix the problem after 3 hour spending my time with customer service."
