"Exhausted upon arrival (I’m nearing the end of a 6500 mile road-trip), I was greeted by the (late afternoon) receptionist who clearly loves her job. She was friendly, welcoming, and seemed genuinely glad I had chosen to stay at the property. I was invited to partake in the fresh pot of soup that was simmering in the breakfast area. My chocolate lab was given a cellophane bag of mini-dog bones, and the room was set up (no carpet) for dog guests. It was a very pleasant stay. Thank you. "

"At check-in Lisa was so friendly and helpful. She offered to help me carry my bags upstairs! There was a minor computer glitch when I checked in. Lisa solved the computer issue, and brought me two pieces of strudel to thank me for my patience. Room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was great. The towels were new and absorbent. I found the breakfast to be more than adequate. The gal who handled the check-out was also kind and friendly. "
