The location of the hotel is just right at the corner of city centre. Easily accessible to all major tourist attractions and shopping centres. More importantly, the price just about right and value for money. However, the hotel do need to improve and maintain its ageing facilities from time to time.

Staff very friendly and the room is clean but the facilities very old. Around 15mins walking distance to most of the famous places, 7-11 and night market. Overall is comfortable stay in this hotel with this low price.

There was no WIFI in the room and for the fact when Expedia advertise the property they should have make it clear to the customer. The WiFi is only available in the lobby unfortunately it was rather weak. Also there were mosquitoes flying in the lobby and I got bitten several times.

Restaurants closed at night so I was unable to eat my cup noodles with forks or chopsticks, and had to use my fingers instead. (Dont judge me, I was hungry). Staff’s Command of English was okay, enough to communicate. But they were very prompt and friendly and initiative in helping us, pretty good service. Good morning walk (very managable) to the city center for activities, meals and tuktuk rides. Relatively more quiet and less crowded vicinity than other hotels in Hatyai than I have stayed in.

The area is slightly off the shopping malls ... in fact, I was planning for Lee Gardens Plaza and didn’t know that Lee Gardens Hotel is a different Hotel.

Hotel was a bit far from central attraction such as Lee Garden Plaza, about 10 mins walking distance. Hotel condition was old and even wall paper i believe didn't change for quite some time. Overall is OK for short stay and if not fussy about interior and distance to main attraction.

Old hotel need upgrading
The aircon is blowing too strongly and towards the bed . Seems to be be industrial aircon kind that just pòwer blast the room. Facilities are very dated and the staff that checked me in don't even understand simple English.

In a Nutshell, it was quite a pleasant experience to come back, as the last time i came to Hat Yai, Thailand was several years ago when i was a lot younger with my Family. Of course, there are still some things that remained the same but there are certainly more places to go and look around now. Thank you

It was an average hotel.. no breakfast buffet at all..a distance to walk to the main shopping area.. Wi-Fi is bad..counter told me cos put room is at the far end corner so can't received. Only at the lobby area is the Wi-Fi good. So had to go sit at the lobby area to have a good Wi-Fi. Could improve if it's a branch of the LEE GARDEN PLAZA HOTEL with buffet breakfast at the least.
