"Spacious, very clean, nice smelling, not overpowering.
I arrived at 7pm to find they had put the heater on, so I arrived to a warm and cosy unit.
My car parking bay was straight outside the door.
There is a luggage bench, bliss, no bending.
The bed was comfortable & had an electric blanket.
The 2-seater lounge was very comfortable.
The grounds, gardens, playground and pool were well maintained.
There is a free laundry and dryer facility and clothesline onsite, which was wonderful.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Very easy hotel to navigate with several entrances and exits to the rooms. Parking undercover perfect. Restaurant/bar/sports bar available which suits every guest or visitor needs. Yummy food. Easy walk to Dental Boutique for me the 3 days I stayed. Would absolutely recommend this hotel. "This was an overnight stay after penguin parade as I did not want to drive straight back to Melbourne. The hotel-apartment was clean and right next to the harbour front / beach. Instructions on how to get into the apartment and where the key was were sent ahead of arrival and as described. As I arrived and left outwith the front desk’s opening hours, I did not have actual in person interaction with the team. Email communications were very clear. Will stay again if I am in Philip Island."

"Extreme noise in bedrooms from disco, till small hours of the morning, noise from ferals in the corridors at midnight.
We asked them before booking, as my wife is partially disabled, whether it was a ground floor, but it had about six steps, which she struggled with. No complaints with the room and beds.
Will not be staying again or recommending this place."
