"The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The fireplaces at this location do not ever work even though they are listed and shown in the pictures. The lighting to the stairs outside was out and it was very dark. You do not know about checking in at a different location until after you book and also there is a security deposit."

"We had a nice stay. I had wanted to swim while there and the hot tub was broken. (Ice cold)Lol We were close to many things. The strip wasn't that far away so there wasn't a lot of traffic where we were. Beautiful landscape and photo shots all around. Staff was nice and accommodating. Breakfast was fresh and hot and kept everything stocked. The bedding could have been more comfortable."

"We had a really great stay at Mountain Vista. The property is very clean and well maintained. The attention to outside was unparalleled, with grounds crews making sure it looked perfect every day. The inside was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I would have preferred to have been on the top floor instead of the ground floor, but that’s my only complaint (preference more than anything). We were right next to the outdoor pool and that was super convenient for us. The only thing I’d tell other travelers to be aware of is that the check in location is separate from the resort. We arrived kind of late and it was a little confusing in the dark. We loved the bracelet key system, it made it so easy to keep track of our keys."
