Amazing service both before, during and and after arrival. Lovely welcoming staff, beautiful room with very comfortable bed. Great buffet breakfast with lots of choice and all delicious. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Cozy, old styled hotel. Room was big, went for comfort room. We did have a view of the garden, heard some birds. Overall a comfy, nice stay. Breakfast was decent, assortment of bread and other stuff. Good bacon Simple but good. Its possible to park in the street around the block, by using EasyPark app. Paid approx €10 for overnight parking.

A bit dissapointed

Wo booked 2 nights with different providers.After the first night we get a call from reception and we are scolded that we did not check out. A very hostile and unprofessional receptonist Dana orders us to leave the room and she gave us another room in a different building.At the check in we made it clear that we have 2 different reservations and they said everything its ok .We did not know and expect to change rooms. Anyway we expected a professional approach in solving the issue and a more professional front desk worker.

Slitent hotel

Et hotel som har mistet sin glans. Mest sannsynlig har dette vært et luksus hotel for maaange år siden. Store rom, men ikke veldig moderne. Savne kjøleskap på rommet og air condition. Ganske ok bade anlegg med forskjellige typer badstu og stort bassengområde. Elendig treningsrom, god frokost. Merkelig ååtte betale for ekstra håndkle når du er i badeannlegget. Koster 1 Euro?! Området rundt med stranden "Wasser Leben" er å anbefale. Sjarmerende liten strand med fin italiensk restaurant. Selve Flensburg er ikke mye vakker. Virker slitt. Kommer nok neppe tilbake hit med det aller første, men likevel et greit hotel.
