Clean and great service

Gretchen the host/checkin associate was amazing! She welcomed us with hot coffee and her crew members delivered hands down on a clean room and facility! Will definitely return. Breakfast was 10 stars! The breakfast cook was friendly and cooked some really good food!

I had a pill and a sock under my bed. The toilet is very loud when you flush. Two big holes in my curtain. The knobs on the cabinets were all loose. Shower curtain was dirty. Elevator by my room was out of service so I had to walk to the other side of the hotel to get on the elevator. Guest above me was very loud. TV kept pausing. No body mirrors. And the plugs don’t hold your charger cord in.

Hershey Stay and Play

Great place to stay for a Hershey trip! Only 20 minutes to the park and the value can't be beat. Free breakfast in the morning makes it even better!

This property was nice. Room was clean and service was good. However, the $100 nonrefundable pet fee was excessive. Comparable properties only charge $35 per pet. The pet fee also needs to be more apparent on the expedia site when booking; seems like everyone knows this pet fee is too high.
