The bathroom was beautiful. The carpet in the hallway and room were disgusting. We booked a room with a window but it was a frosted window, and you weren't allowed to open it. And we could see that it has stuff on the other side of it. So not worth it.
The fridge and safe were ok. The bed and pillows were hard.

Really cool shabu shabu breakfast. Lobby and breakfast area is really pretty. Lighting is a bit on the darker side throughout the hotel. Helpful staff. You can do in person check in or self check in using the machine. Good location!
