"Property is new and in great condition. Plenty of storage space in bedroom and bathroom, nice kitchen setup, comfortable bed. Only one tube stop from the O2 and like five stops from popular areas like Westminster or London Bridge via the Jubilee line. There is a really nice lounge on the top floor and there are also laundry facilities. £2 per wash and £1 per dryer load. Check in time wasn’t until 15:00 but my room was ready when I arrived at 12:30 and they checked me in. "

"2 Adults and 1 Teen. Booked a 1 bedroom suite. Was great for us to have that extra space and privacy. NOTE: The washroom is in the bedroom.....so teen had to sneak to the washroom thr9ough our bedroom in the night. No big deal...just something to be aware of. Nespresso and fridge was great to have. Close the Tube and Bus Stops. 10 min walk to Covent Gardens. Our bed was great, Teens not so much (pull out sofa). Recommend for people looking for the extra space/privacy. "

"I stayed a week and lived the hotel! Clean room, very pleasant staff. I felt safe walking up the street at 2AM. Lots of small grocery and coffee shops within minutes. Tube station is a 5 minute walk. "

"We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was perfect for my family of five. Everything was very clean and in working order. The front desk staff was very quick when we checked in and we were in our room within minutes. "
