"The room smelled musty when we first entered. There was a lot of dust/dirt on the bathroom floor that came up when I wiped up some water after a shower. It makes me wonder if we got a room that was not used for a long period of time. In the main walkway by the front desk, there were some loose/broken tile. The front desk person just said “be careful” after my mother almost tripped over it. A caution sign or the like would have been safer. The hot tub is permanently closed, but the pool was fine....

All three days the service was unavailable ended up spending 60.00 at a theater instead of the 25.00 they offered. For three days straight someone was filling a cooler with ice a large one all three days woke up to 30min straight of ice being ran. I'm a light sleeper and specifically checked for soundproof room and it said it was including the windows. The breakfast...
