Great stay. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Location is great with plenty of shopping and dining choices. Close to Fort Cavazos if visiting.

The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. we had an extended stay and the staff accommodated us by making sure we had fresh towels daily.

The staff was remarkable. As you enter the facilities is was clean and smelling delightful. However the breakfast need to be kept warm until breakfast is over.

I would like to thank everyone that works at this hotel. They were amazing and compassionate during one of the most difficult times of my life. A special thank you to Rene for always being the smile, the ear and the hug I needed. The hotel is very clean, safe and they have the best coffee always available (very important factor for me). Thank you again for being my home away from home for those few weeks.

Really nice
This hotel was clean and the staff was excellent. I travel quite a bit with my job and will stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. It was convenient to access the highway there were several restaurants near by as will as an HEB.

Highly recommend
I had an excellent stay here at this Best Western. They were able to accommodate my early check in and were very helpful during my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in this area.

Hotel with questionable charges
Sheets were clean, but old with holes in them. Towels were thin and had holes. There is something underhanded with their billing. There were 4 additional charges charged to my account that took 4 days to fall off. We got a different story each time we asked. There was a $100 hold and then three additional charges on our account. As I said, this was additional to our room charge. Receipts did not match charges on my credit card. Breakfast was average.

Hotel and staff were great. One bit of advice, change the way the pillows are set. We did not realize until the last night that they had folded in a small hard square. Totally unnecessary and I would think time consuming. There has to be a better way. Overall I would stay again.
